On the nose

Creamy aromas of toasted almonds open out, followed by the captivating sweetness of ripe apricot and the liveliness of candied lemon, composing a refined aromatic symphony full of character.

On the palate, the Grands Crus of Pinot Noir bring a gourmet roundness, perfectly balanced by the aromatic richness. The finish, subtle and persistent, prolongs this symphony of flavors with an exquisite delicacy, leaving a memorable imprint.

About

Grapes from Grand Cru Villages of Montage de Reims and  Côte des Blancs.

Blend : pinot noir Grand Cru 61% and chardonnay Grand Cru 39%.

Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.

Partial malolactic fermentation.

Dosage: 7g./l. Total acidity: 4.15g./l.

Alcohol content: 12.9°.

Pairing suggestion

This Champagne, of rare elegance, is sufficient, requiring no accompaniment to reveal all its complexity.

 

However, to enhance this tasting, it can be combined with pink biscuits from Reims, whose discreet flavors leave plenty of room for the expression of the Champagne through your taste buds.
